Southwall Security has the experience to support any of your event security needs, from the largest music festivals to the smallest trade shows. While anyone can show up to an event dressed in uniforms, we understand that a successful event requires much more. Many of our experienced guards are on the security event team. We assign different duties to officers based on their skill sets and experience. Most importantly, event security teams of three or more officers are always led by an experienced officer.

The Event Security process begins with a site inspection and a detailed security plan. This takes into account every aspect of the event. Then, Security guards are assigned based on their ability and experience. On the day of the event, the team works on-site with the account manager to manage all aspects of the security implementation. The account manager and on-site supervisors maintain open communication with the client and the team to make any adjustments as the event proceeds. The security team has a multitude of tools and resources at their disposal to ensure that the client’s needs are met.



Effective communication is most important for coordinating security efforts. This helps in responding to any incidents that may occur.


The use of security tech such as surveillance cam, metal detectors, and other security systems are an important part of an event security plan.
